View devices and a device's details

Overview​

This flow describes how to browse the devices of a facility. It also describes how to open one device to see its details.

Pre-requisites​

  • You are a member of the facility.
  • You have the permission listed below.

Permissions​

PermissionAccess
Can List Devices on FacilityLets you view devices and their details. Staff, Admin, Doctor, Nurse, Facility Admin, and Pharmacist hold this permission.

Steps​

1. Open the devices list​

  1. Open the facility.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Devices.

Care shows the devices as cards.

2. Search or filter the devices​

  1. Enter a name in the search box to find a device.
  2. If your deployment adds device types, select Filter by Type to show the devices of one type. Select All Types to clear the filter.

3. Open a device​

Select a device card. Care shows these sections:

  • Device Information
  • Contact Information, if the device has any contact details
  • Service History
  • Danger Zone

Expected Outcome​

  • Care shows the devices of the facility.
  • Care shows the details of the device you select.
